Moore (Professor Emeritus, Williams College, MA, USA).
While the original website www.opuscello.com still offers exclusively PDF downloads, Opus Cello grew quickly into a recognized sheet music publishing company distributed by the best sheet music stores in both the USA and Europe. The deluxe editions are printed in the USA and are created with minute attention to details, from the size of the music to the page-turns and the high quality of the paper.
Confirming the merit of its success among cellists, the inventory of Opus Cello was praised by the Press (Strad Magazine, Gramophone Magazine, Strings Magazine, Violin Channel) and received 6 ASCAP Plus Awards (2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2022).
In 2019, Opus Cello released its first album "MOZART New Cello Duos" featuring cellists Blaise Dejardin (BSO) and Kee-Hyun Kim (Parker String Quartet). 2022 saw the release of the book "AUDITION DAY, Your Guide for a Successful Orchestral Cello Audition" by Blaise Déjardin.
