This charming Andante movement arranged by Douglas B. Moore is from an early Mozart string quartets of 1772-3: Quartet in C, K. 157.
It is transcribed directly from the original, so cellos 1 and 2 are difficult, in treble and tenor clefs, and cellos 3 and 4 less so, being in bass clef.
